The most practical and fairest insurer

I experienced the customer service to be excellent in setting up my car insurance and a provider who seems to be the most fairest and practical from the industry. It is not yet able to insure all types of drivers and cars but I am sure this is something they will resolve in time and maintain their fairness in price. Their App is so ideal and very easy to use, whilst keeping the customer up to date. I am a satisfied customer so far and have recommended to many family and friends to use their service as a car insurance provider. I have not yet experienced their service when dealing with claims and hopefully will not need to but I do feel the reassurance that if this unfortunate circumstanceS were to arise they would Competently resolve the matter. A great and fair way of insuring.

Best insurance I have ever had

As a stay at home mum with 3 years NCD, and only passed when I was 29, I’ve been finding it hard to justify some of the other big companies’ quotes (some in excess of £1100 for the year!). I saw a news article about By Miles and did some research on them. My average yearly mileage is between 2-3000, so when my yearly estimate was in the £400 region I was astounded and immediately purchased. They’ve been nothing but helpful when I’ve had the car in at the garage for maintenance for longer than anticipated, and when I moved house. I’ve recommended them to family, however they can’t quite beat my mum’s insurer due to her maximum level of NCD. I also really like the app, and it would be especially useful if I ever needed to dispute a parking charge, etc. Thank you for providing this superior option and I shall continue to use you for the foreseeable future.
