Perfect for the casual driver

I was a casual driver before the pandemic, and then all of a sudden I had no where to go! ByMiles really has come into its own, and for that I renewed with them too! The app is smart yet simple, with helpful features such as finding your car and reminding you if you entered the congestion zone. Things you simply wouldn’t get from any other provider. Best Car Insurance I have ever bought by miles!

Very good value and very fair car insurance at last! Excellent customer service. I had a problem fitting the tracker in my car. Within the day I received the part I needed to make it work and was reassured that I was still fully insured in the mean time. I hope this service continues for the life of my policy. Practical, I like the idea ,you dont drive ,you dont pay

Smart and fair

Good insurance if you drive less than 20 miles a week.

Impressed so far

First time with By Miles. So be interesting to see how it all works. Cheapest quote I had. Been having afew hiccups with the device. Used the live chat and phone to ask for help. Customer service is impressive. All very helpful, polite and patient ( like to mention Frank). All credit to the company. With live chats/emails ....they respond extremely quick.
