By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

GOT A THIRD VEHICLE FOR MOSTLY FAMILT WEEK END DRIVING , GOT NO , NO CLAIMS BONUS ON IT , EVERY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY WERE EXTORTIONATE , BUT I CONTACTED BY MILES AND THEY SORTED OUT A PERFECT DEAL , I AM EXTREAMLY HAPPY... Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

A brilliant company to deal with and their app is really easy to use, plug the OBDII transmitter in and once linked away you go. Look at the app to keep track of miles and costs and check for any faults. Happy to use and cheaper than using a main stream company Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Low cost, quality motor insurance from a Company that is interested and cares for it's customers.

I have tried other insurers for my car, all very expensive with very little interest in me but more in my wallet! This is where ByMiles, wins hands down, because they provide quality cover for my vehicle, tracking it's movement 24/7, but also advising me if something mechanical is not quite right with suitable advice. They also provide additional services if needed, like additional legal cover, an essential item considering the obstacles with todays driving conditions. But, moreover as a Company, they are interested in my needs and requirements and tailor the policy exactly to my requirements. The final benefit being, that they save me money, at least fifty percent cheaper than my previous insurers. Yes, I recommend them, very highly, because this is what motor insurance should be, a quality product with an interest in the users needs. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Superb! Exactly what I needed

As a low mileage driver, I was always annoyed at paying heavy premiums for my car sitting outside the house going largely unused. So when I heard about Bymiles I knew it was right for me. Since then I have tried to recruit everyone I know, but unfortunately not all cars are covered yet, but for those that Took cover, we Both received £50 credit! This lasted me for at least 3 months and I couldn’t be happier. My car has recently been in the workshop for extended period and I notified by miles via email and had an answer back stating to simply email back when the car was on the road again.
