By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By far best car insurance I've ever had!

By miles is by far the best car insurance I've ever had! Not only are they extremely easy to deal with I've found they are the most cost effective! Literally halved my monthly outgoing by making the switch! The app they provide is awesome tracks all journeys and cost, online chats for customer services and a car medic! Good app which keeps you updated about your journeys and cost. Simple setup by plugging in the device in your car. Pay as you drive is a really good way of insuring your car especially this year.
