Absolute sham of a company.

Absolute sham of a company. The underwriting insurer is UK Insurance. In the event of a claim you will speak to Auxillus (claims handler). Then UKI will administer the claim except you will likely have to do EVERYTHING. None of the systems are joined up so there is no customer journey. No-one in UKI will own the case. When it comes to report a claim then the nightmare starts. I have been on the phone 3hours, while they were throwing me between departments to set a claim. Every time the person answer and checked my details they were saying it's not this department to deal with and they will put me to another and it was constantly for 3 hours. Then I gave up, as need brake from this silliness. My case still not set up or resolved yet. Reviewed on: 14th November 2024

Have used for one year but also renewing with them. Policy bought for 8000 miles but only used 7000 & therefore get a refund. Are also most competitive for this year. You literally pay for the miles you use. Paying under £300 for fully comprehensive insurance with legal cover, protected NCB & courtesy car if needed. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
