Credit Union has made my life easier.

I have been a member of Credit Union, Edinburgh for a number of years. I have used it for loans and for saving. The system is easy to follow even for someone like me who fears technology. Obtained a loan which enabled me to finance my son on a “learn to fly course when he was 18 years old and now some 9/10 years later he only last week was officially promoted to positon of Captain with the JET 2 airline company Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Simple, straightforward, affordable loans

The whole process of applying for a loan and receiving the funds was so straightforward and simple, I needed funds for Christmas and they were able to help me, it really removed the stress of the situation. And when I had to change my payment date I simply sent a message via the app and was replied to shortly after and the date changed to suit my circumstances, I really couldn’t rate the service higher Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

10/10 all round for capital credit union

I’ve always been quite good with money, but sometimes life just gives you a bit of a hard time. It’s good to know I can borrow from my credit union, reliably, and pay back on a schedule that suits my income. I’ve used it quite a lot over the last ten years, and I use the savings accounts too. Really cannot fault the service. What makes it better is being able to top up the loan, even if you’re only halfway through paying. As soon as the kids are old enough I’ll set up their own credit union account & teach them why it’s better than the bank! Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
