great customer care taken when approving loan

the loans officer took time to look at my loan he made sure that the product was what i wanted and i could afford to pay back with my income and outgoings. Reviewed on: 15th June 2021

Helpful and friendly

I needed a loan to renovate the kitchen and a friend suggested Capital for their low rates. What I didn't expect was how friendly and helpful the staff were on the phone to me. Certainly not like banks! They seemed to really care about my individual situation and getting the best deal for me. Very impressed and will use their services again if I ever need to borrow more.
