Excellent Customer Service

I have been a member of Capital Credit Union for several years. I have always received a high level of service; from the response time to the communication. I am always made to feel very comfortable when I am discussing my financial affairs. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

I have always experienced great service from the Capital Credit Union they have gone out their way to be helpful and inspired me to save.

The Capital Credit Union provide a friendly service, nothing is too much trouble. They respond quickly to queries and help you understand the benefits of saving and make sure that if you are taking out a loan it is affordable to you. A first class service with first class staff. Interested in more then just rates

Unable to get an unsecured loan to consolidate my debt through a bank, the credit union FIRST of all asked me about what had led to the debt and how I was coping, gave me options and THEN they looked at my outgoings and could see that I was paying far more than the loan repayments would be and save a little too. So, now I have my debt under control and when my loan is up, I’ll have a nice little lump sum too. Personal, effective and I know if I get into any difficulties I can call them. Very, very helpful

I was nervous about applying for a loan at first but the lovely staff put me at ease and helped me through the process. I have applied for a couple of loans since and have always been treated with respect ...... AND I am saving whilst paying my loan back!! Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Simple easy financial management

Because the unexpected can happen at anytime by putting a little away from my salary I have on occasions had the pleasurable experience of using Capital Credit Union. Once for a major car repair and again for an unexpected prior to going on holiday. I found Capital easy to speak to and very understanding of my situation and being able to set up a loan quickly and with affordable payments.
