Capital credit union 5 star

I agreed a loan with Capital credit union to finance solar panels, batteries and air source heat pump. Everything went smoothly and in a good time frame. An issue occurred when I was awarded government funding for the heat pump, I phoned to organise paying the funding into the account, turns out the wrong account had been set up initially, this was sorted within a hour and things have been good ever since. Ethical, good value and accessible

The process of applying for a loan was straightforward and approval was fairly quick. The advisor was friendly and helpful. I also save with CCU and have taken advantage of the member death benefits plan, which is very good value for money. I have since recommended CCU to family and friends. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Great, responsive service
