The CCU helps the elderly.

Being deaf and almost 80 years old the CCU helped me and where very patient, the guy listened carefully to what I was saying and helped me set up a ISA for my granddaughter when she turns 16 years. I had to phone back a few days later, and help was at hand again, making sure all the details were ready and the ISA was in motion. I have been member for many years, and I have had the occasional loan without any trouble. It's a great company to save with. Simple and easy to use service

My husband and I have been saving with Capital Credit Union for a number of years now and whilst I have never had any real communication with them, the setting up process was very simple. My husband has taken out a couple of loans with them over the years and has never had any hassle with those either. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent company.

The Best.

I have been a member of CCU since the 90’s. They are special, never once have I been disapointed with what they offer, their customer services are great, so good to speak to someone whom I can understand and who takes the time to help. Saving in retirement .

Since I retired Capital Credit Union has helped me maintain my savings by continuing to take a small amount of money out of my account monthly and has allowed me to stop payments when I can’t afford too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Nothing is ever a problem for long

Easy access to your account with a decent interest rate with a choice of different savings account to suit your needs. Have always had a great experience with customer service giving a friendly prompt response or advice. Have used the loan service on several occasions and have always found it a simplified process. The app is very easy to use for viewing your balance, withdrawing from your savings or change the amount you save.
