I had reason to make a claim and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently

i had been concerned about my claim, it was a mistake i had made in my allowing enough room for the space available. But the acceptance of the claim being dealt with so easily was a load off my mind. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Great service and support

Caught a gatepost leaving a site in France; damage to rear offside and cracked rear panel on Lunar Quasar 544. Parts availability due poor liaison between dealer and Lunar delayed repair for several months but insurance administration was faultless Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Excellent service wrt insurance and brilliant organisation re the club

Following an incident in Edinburgh where our brand new van detached from the tow ball when we hit two unmarked speed bumps, and hit a fence before ending up in a lady's flower garden; our Caravan Club insurers sent out an insurance assessor. They paid the full cost of repairs to skirt and roof without an hassle. Well done. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
