We suffered an unfortunate incident when our battery...

We suffered an unfortunate incident when our battery blew up, causing damage to the electric cabinet and battery. The company staff were very helpful, gave advice and paid my claim for damage. I expected a large annual increase on my caravan insurance premium, but glad to say the company was very fair, and the premium increase was in line with my expectations of a yearly increase. I should add, for that reason we have stayed with the company. Fairness from them equates with loyalty from me. I recommend the company. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
