Very excellent supportive staff

Every time I have contacted caravan Guard I found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The price has always been competitive as well. But the main thing is that the staff are good and very knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

We had the misfortune to lose our caravan in a fire.

We had the misfortune a couple of years ago to lose our caravan and contents in a fire. The rep came out and assured us straight off that we would be paid out in full. A month later we had a new caravan and we were back outdoors. No quibbles, helpful staff, easy to contact and work with, all exactly how we like it. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024
