Very Professional & Helpful Staff & Value for Money!

When I collected my new caravan I called Caravan Guard to inform them of the change. They were so helpful with advice and super efficient in organising the change of details ensuring that I obtained sufficient cover for the value of the van as well as its accessories. They also advised me of the latest additional security I could put in place to reduce my premium and further prevent theft of my van. To top it all my premium for this 2nd year of ownership has reduced even though I have a ‘new for old’ policy.Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

Excellent customer service, I needed advice on the correct value to insure my caravan after receiving emails and letter to check our insurance as our model is no longer made and we were under insured for the policy I had taken out online. The adviser helped rectify the issue and now insured for the correct amount and not over paying either. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024
