Very excellent supportive staff

Staff thorough ensuring your adequately covered

My caravan insurance was complex as covered two sites one as a seasonal pitch for part year and the other pitch was with a winter storage provider. Staff were thorough explained everything I needed to know and what I had to do during the year in accordance with the policy. Ensuring we and our treasured caravan were adequately covered. No hassle claims procedure

Flexible

I can’t store our caravan at home, no space. We wanted to store it in the village at a reputable storage site but our caravan would be the only one, though also indoors so out of sight. In general the caravan insurance industry has a clause requiring a number of caravans stored on site. Caravan Guard stepped up with a sensible quote, sensible precautions and no worries! Thoughtful and personal insurance company
