After using a competitor who were not helpful, I contacted Caravan Guard when I bought a new caravan. The experience could not have been better. The phone call I received was from a very helpful and knowledgeable operator who helped me with my quote and because of the experience with that (even though I have not needed to claim) meant that I have been with them ever since.
