Took out new for old cover. Did not get what I paid for

Took out new for old cover. Electrical fault set caravan on fire. Fire extinguished with a lot of damage. Caravan guard refused to write off caravan, instead offered to repair caravan which cost more than the resale value. A lot of arguments later they bought caravan from us at “ Resale value” never got the new for old price! Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Cover versus premium paid gets a tick

Whilst I’ve not had to use their claims service and cannot qualify this, I have been pleased with the insurance offered in terms of its cost versus the cover offered. Very helpful staff at renewal times to make sure cover is adequate and appropriate to my needs Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
