Very excellent supportive staff

Every time I have contacted caravan Guard I found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and informative. The price has always been competitive as well. But the main thing is that the staff are good and very knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Excellent caravan insurer

We have been with Caravan Guard now for at least five years, probably longer. Although I have only had to make one claim, it was quite substantial. In fact it involved the replacing the whole rear section of the caravan. The claim was dealt with professional and quickly, enabling us to get the caravan back on the road for the summer season. The policy is comprehensive and very good value. I am particularly impressed with their monthly email containing reviews and practical videos. Appears good value vs cover options
