I changed caravans recently and the assistant was very helpful in assisting me to insure the new van.when your of a certain age it is wonderful to speak to an actual person instead of trying to do it online,I personally find it confusing trying to navigate websites on my own so gold star for still having people to talk to your customers Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Caravan Guard offer an excellent service. Their premium rates are fair and reduce reasonably every year the caravan ages, without asking or having to threaten leaving. Their team is quick to get hold of, are knowledgable and offer good advice. I particularly like the news emails they send which are packed with ideas, new equipment, guidance and advice. I had a problem when 2boys age 5 and 7 set my caravan on fire while it was in storage, 4 caravans were burnt out, after the fire brigade left I saw a twisted metal shell I rang caravanguard and went through the claim.they called me back in a few hours the fire officer had given them the details, I need not do anything caravanguard arranged and paid for the disposal of what was my caravan..within 10 days of the claim I received my cheque.i really didn't know if I wanted another caravan,but I bought one within 2 weeks. We have been caravanning for over 43 years and still caravanning . On Facebook caravan chat someone always asks for insurance recommendations, my reply is caravanguard is not the cheapest but from my own experience the best. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
