Amazing service when I had to make a claim

Unfortunately our caravan had to be written off after an accident. Caravan Guard made it so easy to make the claim. They were so helpful and very efficient. They organised an assessor quickly and once his report went in, it wasn't long before our money was in the bank. We also received the full amount we'd insured it for, minus the £100 excess. Simple, first person service from people who care

Simple, first person service from people who care. There is always someone to talk to, and they always have time to chat. They give straight forward advice and always leave the decisions to the customer. Never any pressure. They will tell you if you’re paying for Buber you don’t need, or offer alternatives without being promoted, They are people who understand the caravan world and are about as far from the insurance salesperson stereotype as it is possible to get.
