Exceptional customer service centre

I’m new to motorhoming and this is my first policy! I’ve not had to test their claims yet but I did want to say how amazing their customer service centres are. I’ve had to call multiple times as I found out more info and wanted to check things. They are fast to answer, no IVR / buttons to push and are everytime, patient, knowledgable and lovely to chat to.
