Excellent customer service

It doesn't matter whether I call or email, I always get a friendly response. Emails are replied to the same day, often within the hour. Luckily, we have not had to make any claims but, from how they deal with their enquiries, I have no doubt it would be dealt with swiftly and professionally. No fuss insurance

When my MH burnt out in 2018 Caravan Guard had it collected and examined within hours. The assessor completed his examination and report within days. Claim settled in full with no loss of NCD. Who could ask for better service Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
