First Class Service

I was in a collision with a reckless driver and, despite my supplying dash cam footage his insurers only offered to pay 50% of my excess. RSA, the underwriters fought my case with the result that I eventually received my excess in full and RSA obtained full reimbursement. Caravan Guard then refunded £65 of my renewal premium.
