Excellent customer service

I had reason to set up a new policy with Caravan Guard which resulted in a number of calls to the company due to unforseen delays in collecting the vehicle. On every occasion I called the representative was very knowledgeable and explained all my options clearly offering as much advice as they could. I really appreciated this as a novice to motorhome.
