Best Customer Service Experience ever

I cannot tell how good their customer service team are. When you call an insurance company you expect to have to navigate through multiple questions on their telephone system only to find yourself in a long queue at the end of the process. Not with these guys, every time I have called I have got through straight away. In fact one time I called and had to hang up because I was receiving a call. They obviously saw that they had a missed call and actually called me back..... They are simply a pleasure to deal with..... Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
