I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Second to none - highly recommended!

The Chase app is really well designed and easy to use. Communications about their products, etc. are clear and concise. I use Chase banking for day to day purchases - including online transactions and while abroad on holiday. I have never had any problems and their services are second to none in my experience. Great customer service.

Great customer service. Phone answered quickly by a real person, who actually knew what they were talking about. Money back on spending. Each transaction comes through on my phone so I also know when I get a deposit as well as what I spend. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Current account digital bank

I was with an established bank for many years and left due to poor digital experience. I was quite apprehensive to go to a fintech just for the digital experience.
