Been a customer for a number of years with no issues. A good rate of interest when saving & encourages you to use the debit card by earning cash back & round up. Additional pots are handy to use for savings & specific spend. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

I had to phone chase Bank up because activity on other bank accounts I had which was fraudulent. Their customer service was very helpful and also with the 1% extra interest I was getting on my savings account. That was a nice touch. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
