Never had a problem.

Never had a problem. Kept updated with money in the bank and direct debits etc. Only issue, I wish you would accept cheques to pay in. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Chase has excellent customer service and joy of joys a real person to speak to… even though it’s a digital bank. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. The customer service is great and I feel that instead of focusing on having too many products, they put effort into making sure that the products they do offer are the highest standard and are the best value for money.
