Online banking with Chase is super simple and easy. Intuitive interface makes saving extremely easy, with great interest rates and rewards. Never had an issue but certain that if I did, the Chase team would be able to painlessly resolve it for me. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

i always manage to contact a member of the chase team with any problems. always updates and news for changes tot he app. never had any problems with sorting, withdrawing or transferring money. very impressed Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

Performance and service

Good overall performance. Clear, customer friendly app. Love the ease of different account (pot) opening. Interest rates could be improved with a notice account and look forward to their credit card offering sometime later this year. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
