I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Advisers are knowledgeable, polite, efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Response times are fabulous - hardly ever wait long for your call to. E answered. Easy to set up the account. App is easy to use. 1% cashback on debit card spending and fee free spending abroad is great. Can open multiple current accounts to help with budgeting which is very useful. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
