Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Fraud issue

Had an issue previously with fraud on my account and chase were amazing. Sorted it quickly and efficiently and very helpful. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Phone access/small screen only, is no good.

Disappointed by lack of online website. Trying to organise paying bills etc is difficult on a small phone screen. Was expecting to have full page functionality on a PC to keep track of, and organise my account. Phone only is no good. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Very straightforward to use, great for travel

Very easy app based account, straightforward to set up. All information very clear and app easy to navigate. The savings and roundup features make it easy to save, and with no charges for overseas use and a great exchange rate it is tge best for travelling. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Savings to be had all round travel and savjngs

Since turning to Chase I've got a couple of friends to join. This account is great when abroad with to extra charges to use ATM and the exchange rates are phenomenal. One of my freinds is from Turkey and travels there twice a year. The current account is great and he's subsequently placed £30K in the savings account Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
