I just love Chase banking, love the rewards, the transparency and the efficient banking app. I would & have recommended Chase to family & friends. Only contacted customer service once because everything is clear on the app. Customer service was excellent. Loving my Chase accounts!

I opened a Chase account back in January to take advantage of the 1% cash back on debit card purchases as I was trying to stop using my credit card for every day spending. It's been brilliant seeing my rewards pot grow. I also love the fact that I am now getting double the interest on my easy access savings accounts than what I was getting with my old bank. No fees for using abroad, really happy with Chase

I'm a new customer having been referred. I really like that there are no fees for using my card abroad and the exchange rate on purchases is really good. I haven't had to use the customer services at all because I've had no issues. The app is really easy to use and I'm really happy banking with Chase. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
