Great app

I like that the saving rate is okay and I have 1% cashback every time I spend. I've never had an issue that I needed customer service though. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Chase Current Account Review.

When i started Banking with Chase they provided payback when you used your account for the first year. They then changed the rules making it harder to get this reward. If they did what most Banking establishments do and reward against each spend rather than using the arbitrary companies category rating it would potentially be a scheme worth considering meeting the criteria to avail your self of. In my opinion other Banking Institutions offer better and more consistent services. Despite this one negative I find Chase to be honest and reliable but they are my number two Bank. The Chase App is easy to use with good customer service

The Chase App is easy to use for a current account with a 24 hour warning of upcoming payments to ensure you have enough funds to pay the bills. It is easy to make payments into and out of the account.
