The app is easy to use.

The app is easy to use. Notifications are sent immediately after purchases and I can keep a track of my balance. Interest is added regularly and I get notified when. I can easily and quickly transfer money to my savings account. The 1% cash back is excellent and I have also signed up for the round up facility- an easy way to save! I had a problem shortly after opening my account.

I had a problem shortly after opening my account. £0.01 was taken. Shortly after a debit of £28 was debited. I sent an email on the first instance, I talked to the customer advisor on the second instance and received assurance that my account was safe. Thank you Chase Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
