Best banking app, customer services & incentives

Chase has the best banking app I’ve used - super easy to navigate and intuitive. It has the best customer services I’ve used - quick replies but not a live chat that you have to sit open and wait for a reply that closes of you leave it too long. Amazing incentives/rewards - cash back, refer a friend, some of the better interest rates. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Never had problems with chase.

Never had problems with chase. I use it for my main account and there are a lot of good capabilities. I’m glad to see chase is now integrated with Amex so I can directly link my accounts.
