Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Great for your day to day spending home and abroad

Very straightforward process to open and run the accounts my wife I use. She has savings account also. I like it especially for use abroad plus day to day reward scheme. When we had to use customer service in Colombia we spoke to a real person who was knowledgeable and fixed the issue. The app works very smoothly. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

A bank that makes life easier

Throughout the time I've had a Chase account they've made everything very straightforward and with that busyness of life that counts for a lot. I've experienced obstacles and hiccups with other banks but it's very rare to experience this with Chase.
