Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

A shop thought they didn’t put my items through but...

A shop thought they didn’t put my items through but they had and did it twice so I had to contact Chase customer services and they got it all sorted out within 5 mins and instantly answered the phone no waiting I was astounded Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

ExcellentDebit Account.

Chase Bank has been the best bank I’ve ever been with. Their customer service is outstanding, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever an issue comes up. Whether it’s a question about my account or resolving a problem, they handle everything efficiently and professionally. Support in disputes & scams is great

The support I’ve had from in any disputes, scams or attempted scams has been outstanding, second to none. In this day and age where security matters more than ever I can’t imagine another bank providing a better customer service. Their account interest rate used to be the best I could find but although it’s not currently my account security is of paramount importance to me. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
