Chase above the rest

Roundups and the 1% cashback are the biggest highlights for me. These are not offered by the established high street banks. The app notifies me instantly whenever I make a purchase. This year I queried a transaction on my account and contacting Chase was simple - they acted appropriately to respond to my issue. The linked savings account is also handy and easy to manage via the app. The only drawbacks would be lack of cash deposits and the bank is still building a reputation in the UK compared to other app-based banks. What's not to love?

The registration and application process is very quick and straightforward (you will need valid photographic ID). Great in app features and tools. The interface is crisp and simple to use. 1% cashback on everyday spend, and no foreign transaction fees on debit card usage abroad. What's not to love? Give Chase a go. You won't regret it. Never had a problem with Chase, although like many others I do wish they offered other products like credit cards, overdrafts. Hopefully that will come. The app I sometimes find a little plain but then I am comparing it to Monzo. It would be nice for a dark mode too. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024

Just want to see if it's possible for critical comments to be posted about this bank... so, here goes!... I really do believe some of their current internal systems could be reviewed! ...well, I mean, whenever is convenient for them, of course!! Please forgive me for my potentially perceived insolence JP Morgan! There! Now I've ruined the whole comments section for everyone now! :P ....Call centre staff are brilliant by the way!!
