When I first opened my current account there was 1 p...

When I first opened my current account there was 1 percent cash back on all payments and there wasn’t a qualifying amount of £1500.00 in order to get the cash back like there is now. I realise that things have to change but feel a little bit disappointed to be honest. Is still good value though. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

Chase all round great

I opened an account with chase not long after they started in the uk. Great experience great app when I needed to speak to customer services they have been really good. So much better then hsbc the bank I had been with since I was a student. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

The customer service is excellent compared to my experience with other high street banks. I would highly recommend the bank to my family and friends. I was once had made a transfer to a stranger’s account. When I realised that it was a scam, I called the customer service and they sorted it out the next day and I had my money back. Easy sign up, handy cashback and quick instant message customer service make for a great current account experience. App is less optimised than some (e.g. Monzo) but is still clean and simple to use. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026
