Excellent day to day current account.

Excellent day to day current account. The rewards and interest rate on round-ups is fantastic. The account is fully app based, which may make doing some tasks (e.g. searching through transactions) more tedious, but it's generally robust and easy to use. No overdraft available. How to keep a check on my spending- bank with Chase!

Instant updates of spend means keeping track of funds is simple. Excellent customer service and speaking to a real person not only helpful but understanding and actually listen to concerns. The cash back is obviously a winner along with the fact you’re told if an item doesn’t qualify. To top it all the monthly information on where my money has gone and comparing on a monthly basis is really useful. Cannot fault this banking experience. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
