I had never heard of Chase 2 years ago, Lots of people were telling me it's not safe because it's not well known and my money could get stolen by scams. A bank account within minutes.

It was very easy to set up an account with Chase. Compared to opening an account with my bank, it was instantaneous, I had account details and able to pick PIN number, so my card was ready to use. being able to open a savings account too was fantastic. I love that you can do round ups, get cash back on purchases. The app is so easy to use and love that you receive notifications when your spend on account. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

User friendly, generous rewards, good communication

App is much more user friendly than the mobile apps of other banks. Very intuitive and easy to use. Rarely has any technical problems, but when there are they are quickly resolved and Chase are brilliant at communicating about them. Very generous reward scheme (more so than any other current account I've found) with the 1% cashback on everyday spending. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Everything works perfectly

Everything worked perfectly first time when I opened my account - unlike another online bank with which I had previously tried to open an account.
