Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

I’ve been a Chase customer for a while now. Love the cashback, customer service on chat is usually great. They also offer decent savings rates & I’ve just got one of their credit cards. I also really like that they don’t charge a transaction fee on foreign purchases Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

I joined Chase in 2024.

I joined Chase in 2024. After a couple of months of using it, it became my primary bank account. This was because of a couple of reasons, 1. The excellent and instant customer service. Anytime of the day or night I can have instant communication and support from my bank especially by phone.
