Thus far I am beyond happy with it!

Love how fast and easy it was to open and Chase allowed to use the card through Apple Pay before the phisical card was even delivered which I have never known any banks to do! Had a small issue with one of my payments and even though it was late in the evening the customer service team was there to support. I appreciate the speedy response and the amount of information they provide you with. Being able to open multiple savings accounts/pots are so easy and quick as well. I am very impressed as this way I can be saving money towards multiple different goals. Think of it as almost a digital piggybank. Also not to mention the fantastic interest rate offered as well. Gets the most out of your money for zero effort

Chase have an incredibly slick and cohesive feature set that just works together harmoniously to automatically get the most out of your money without having to do anything extra. When I spend I earn cashback and the change gets rounded up into a 5% instant access savings account which resets annually. And when I don't spend my money earns interest. This approach to banking feels really rather good. No matter what I do, I'm being rewarded in some way. And the customer support when you actually need it is fantastic and really sets them above other banks. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

The best bank I've ever used!

I find Chase easy to use and it was easy to set up without the need to visit a branch, it was all online and straightforward! However, chase are also very secure, they ensure all of your documentation matches your details and. I love the fact that you earn cashback on your spends if you qualify every month and that you can use abroad with no fees. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
