Proper modern banking

Great app. Very easy to migrate to a new phone.. Good interest rate. No charges and all the rewards when travelling is brilliant. It takes one of the big holiday stresses away knowing I won't have any bank charges when I return home, and that I still get cash back! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

The most awful banking app

The most awful banking app I have ever used. Multiple issues that drag on and on for month's. You provide the screenshots from their app showing various error messages. They tell you that your complaint is being sent to another team and you hear nothing. When you ask for an update they ask you the same questions over and over... Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great bank!

Very nice interest rates and rewards incentives. Really easy to use the app, and I like the way the card doesn’t have your card number on it so it’s very secure. The only thing that is annoying is having to move money from the savings account. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
