Great all round customer service

Love cashback. Also, I have had a very hood experience when querying a transaction - very quick to be put through to a real person, issue quickly resolved. Finally, lost my Chase debit card. Very quick to freeze the card using the app and request a replacement, the replacement arrived in just a few days. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best and easiest account that I’ve had from any bank.

Best and easiest account that I’ve had from any bank. Easy to transfer and the cash back deal is great. The app is easy to use and there is no fees when going abroad. I’ve recommended to 3 other friends who have also recently joined Chase for when travelling abroad. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Auto Round Up Saving

I have never been the one who's good at savings but with Chase auto round up, without even realizing, I have been able to save and access that money instantly whenever I needed. Also, you get 5% monthly interest on top of it which is an added bonus! Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
