Chase bank is easy to use and offers great customer service and simply ways to bank. They have very competitive interest rates and the app is easy to use and navigate. I use my card abroad as well as the bank doesn't charge fees for using your card while away. Also they offer round up which moves money into a high interest account when you spend below a full £. Couldn't be happier

I love the easy to use app, and how easy it is to set up and manage accounts. 1% cashback on my spending, good rate on the instant access savings account. Really great value for spending money on my card abroad, which was the main reason I opened this account. Cashback bonus

I like the cashback that I get every month and that you get a little interest even though it's a current account. It's a shame that their savings account hasn't kept up with interest rates. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great customer service and app features

I've been banking with Chase for a couple of years now and have been pleased with the level of service that they provide. The cashback and roundup features are easy to set up and operate, and if there's ever an issue customer support are easy to contact, polite and helpful.
