I don't think I was advised properly I had to move to another account from my current account to earn more interest. I lost out on 6 months interest amount ing to 300.00 pounds . Converted to mobile banking by using Chase.

I have been converted to mobile banking by using Chase. It tells me instantly if a payment has gone through, allows a good number of contactless payments and has worked great abroad with quick currency conversion without extra charges. The customer service is excellent, the team is quite to respond and provide comprehensive advice to solve your issue. There savings account which links to your debit account is easy to use and gives a good rate of return. The app is easy to use and easy to track what you’ve got in your accounts.
