Changed 2 years ago. Get 1% on everything I spend from current account. Optionof ‘round up account which puts excess of anything over zero on spend to separate ac giving 5%(optional) - like popping change in a jar but no messing with cash.! Any queries can be found on app easily but phone help is best ever experienced. Helpful reps have always answer my call with in 2 minutes. Transfer easily beweeen my spend Ac give 1% and my Save Ac giving 4.1%. No currency charges when I visit USA and good rate of exchange. Best bank I have ever had and I am 75!!! Chase has turned my financial problems around.

I was really bad with money before often taking credit when not needed and having lots of bad habits around money matters. Chase’s current account pays me approx £15 per month of cash back and also £5 on interest- I have learned an awful lot on my spending patterns and now have better habits in terms of finance and saving.
