Simply the best bank.

Superb experience all round. Pulled me away from the much in decline Barclays after 30 years. Chase have a fab app, top notch support, an attractive range of options on products, and most importantly I trust them to be open, transparent, accessible and make me do 'right' by my money. Best bank I have ever used!

Been with them for a few years now and they are excellent. Rewards for debit card spends, round up account which grows without you noticing and pays an excellent interest rate. High security for larger money transfers which are easy to sort with very friendly helpful staff. Used several other banks which could learn a lot from Chase! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
