Every time Icall the phone is answered with 4 rings. I have had problem with money not being paid into my account promptly because of a routine check. idid not understand this and Chase were very pro active in dealing with this, listened to my feedback and Customer service wrote to me saying they had flagged my account because of my anxiety.
